Ed has over 20 years of experience in analysis and design, system enhancement, software maintenance, and production support of large-scale customer information and billing systems.  Having served his “time in the trenches” at companies like Pacific Gas & Electric, DTE Energy, and T. Rowe Price, Ed knows the territory and the technology.  Ed is an active member of the Dialogue User's Group, an expert in CSF to Dialogue conversion, and a respected speaker, author and authority on document engineering.  He earned his BBA in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University.
